Prisma is a comprehensive, fully Windows compatible information management tool for controlling Assets, planned and unplanned maintenance, work loads, stock, purchasing and invoicing.

It's flexibility permits it to be used as anything from a single user stand alone entity to a multi-user, multi-site client/server or Web enabled solution. It is designed to supply information to all levels within an organization and therefore assisting planning an efficient and effective work programme.

Prisma achieves this by determining resources, controlling costs, applying instructions, recognizing faults and hazards, monitoring progress and statutory requirements such as environmental issues and Health and Safety.

Experience and Competence

We have been working for more than 15 years with professional systems for maintenance. In 1996, our product range was broadend with Facility Management functionality for technical management of properties, production plants, hospitals and other technical advanced installations.

Among those who are already using our CFM tools, are Fortifikationsverket (Swedish army) with all their buildings, Skanova (Swedish telecom) with 13.000 buildings and assets, Hotel Jumeirah International in Dubai (see picture) with 110.000 assets and 200.000 work orders per year, and a number of other small and large projects along with full fledged material handling (Stores) for the Facility Management Department.

We have approximately 90 installed systems in Sweden and 500 all around Europe.
